This camp is called Israeli Camp and is located at Camp Shomria in Ontario. Its run in partnership with Kochav Lavan and Israeli Scouts and the local UJF. More on the camp here:

Israeli Camp Weebly is in NY in the Catskills. For 9-13 yr olds this Hebrew speaking camp. Web site and marketing materials are written in Hebrew.
In San Diego, run by the Tarbuton, Israeli Cultural Center is a Keitana for ages 3-8. The activities are conducted in Hebrew, by Israeli teachers and after care is offered.
In Washington, D.C. kids ages K-6th grade with a CIT (Counselor in Training) program for 7th and 8th graders. Lots of fun - schlichim and counselors from Israel. All conducted in Hebrew.
